Also, I know you go to Throwing Things, but the first thread on HP was over 100 comments and last I checked, the second was over 50. Russ and gretchen were having a great discussion about, hmm . . . you've kept your site spoiler free, so I'll just say about Snape. Their arguments were more nuanced than that, and a great read. One commentator was also talking about the series as a story of three boys. You need to do a search for the first TT HP thread, because it fell off the page last week, but people are still reading and commenting on the second as of yesterday.
