I'm more of an artist than a writer, but he has saved my computer -- and my photographs -- quite a few times. He's gotten me onto Firefox and Thunderbird. Not that handy. And now that Ximian was acquired by Novell, I don't think Evolution has the cute monkey icon anymore. Time to switch completely over to Thunderbird. And don't forget <a href="http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/">Firefox</a>. And if I were really tech-handy, I'd have typeset your novel with LaTeX, or better yet, written custom macros in TeX.
