For what it’s worth, my experience with “slow learners” (from a teacher’s perspective) is that the learning “sticks” better and they appreciate the details a lot more. And when the going gets tough, they can hunker down and persevere - much better work ethic.

I’m sure you’ve heard that 40 is the new 30, whatever that means.

Now you can complain about the music that kids listen to these days (you call that music?), and their dumb fashions (my mother would never let me leave the house looking like that). Etc. Bliss.
