		<description>Pawlenty also vetoed the Dream Act a few weeks ago.  But the challenge, as I see it, is that you can never really trust the name of a piece of legislation because each party always makes them sound as happy and positive as possible.  Devil is in the details.  I mean, c'mon, who's against "homeland security" or "no child left behind"?</description>
