My favorite Ben and Jerry's flavor is Chocolate Therapy which is something like chocolate ice cream with a chocolate pudding swirl and chocolate chunks. But I have a big thing for salty/sweet/crunchy/soft that the Late Night Snack hits right on. I sometimes crumble pretzels over vanilla ice cream and drizzle with maple syrup.
