I know that using bagged tea is generally considered tea for acolytes, but I admit I haven't made the investment for a proper tea pot/set that would accommodate loose leaf teas. I did just buy a new kettle that as really set me on fire for tea (as has this dreadful summer cold), so perhaps my next investment will be to venture into the world of loose leaf teas. I prefer espresso drinks with a little steamed milk like a traditional macchiato or cappuccino, but my favorite drink is called a cortado, which is about half and half espresso/steamed milk. I can't drink tea black, and while I know that adding milk nixes the antioxident plus, I think it goes better with the graham crackers. Steph, that sounds like a lovely combo! Did you know tea bags aren't your best choice for tea, though, as it's the end cuttings and the bag doesn't give it enough room to expand? Even a tea ball doesn't--your best bet is loose leaf floating then drained, or a bigger refillable pouch. I'm close to a serious tea shop, and have learned a lot, and it's their house Earl Grey that's my go-to afternoon tea.
