Jennifer, thanks for the link; I liked this para:

Science of Willpower is one of the most popular courses offered in the Continuing Studies program, always attracting more than 100 students, according to program director Dan Colman. One student, a San Francisco resident, rents a car every Monday just for this. Several others, McGonigal says, have taken the course multiple times, getting more and more out of it.

I wish I could take that class! I have definite willpower issues around Facebook, Lexulous, coffee, pastries and spending. I am doing well. Guppy is off to kindergarten, so I have my days free, and am having trouble with willpower--applying myself to do the writing/cleaning/organizing/socializing I promised myself I'd do when this happened, so this feels very timely for me.
