Drake is 5!
As I’ve mentioned already, Drake turned five recently. We had a party with friends and family in PA a few days prior, and he requested a dinosaur cake. Here’s what I made. While not as pretty as the model I worked from, I was pleased with the result, especially the white gumdrop teeth and pale green frosting, which I made by mixing pureed fresh spinach into a vanilla buttercream.

spinach in buttercream… pure genius! In a family that must watch out for food coloring, that opens up lots of good ideas that never would’ve crossed my mind.
